ECCO IL MIO PRANZO COMPLETO!

Se cercate delle idee per un pranzo buono, leggero e vegetariano oggi vi mostro tutto ciò che ho preparato nei giorni scorsi. Amo cucinare ma amo ancora di più mangiare bene, per questo cerco di preparare sempre pietanze gustose ma senza appensantirmi troppo. Negli ultimi tempi cerco sempre alimenti alternativi alla solita carne così all'Eurospin ho trovato queste cotolette e crocchette di soia. Le ho cucinato al forno per essere più leggere, accompagnandole con tantissime verdure che fortunamente amo e che non mancano mai sulla mia tavola.
